The Clinical Microbiology & Diagnostics SIG is a new ASM special interest group operating from the NSW/ACT branch focused on bringing together the clinical microbiology and diagnostics industries in a relaxed but professional setting. Our aims include:
- Sharing stories on unusual and/or complex topics in infectious disease diagnostics.
- Discussion of new and emerging technologies.
- Promoting knowledge in clinical microbiology/diagnostics.
- Fostering interest and collegiate interactions.
